Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultations with Global Dental Concierge are scheduled for specific appointment times.

When a consultation is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for the patient.

• Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to one hour before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests made after this time may not be accommodated due to scheduling commitments.

• Late Arrivals

If a patient joins a consultation late, the consultation may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other appointments.

• Missed Appointments

If a patient does not attend a scheduled consultation and has not provided sufficient notice, the appointment may be considered forfeited.

• Refund Policy

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, as appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient.

However, in certain circumstances Global Dental Concierge may, at its discretion, offer:

• a partial refund
• a rescheduled appointment
• or a credit toward a future consultation

This may be considered in cases such as technical issues or other exceptional circumstances.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually and handled in good faith where appropriate.

By booking a consultation, users acknowledge and agree to this booking and cancellation policy.
